Campaign Studio ("we") provides AI-assisted marketing planning and content drafting for small businesses. This page describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details you provide via sign-up (name, email).
• Your Brand Brain: business details, products, audience, and voice you enter.
• Content you generate, edit, and approve (campaign plans, calendars, posts).
• Usage data needed to run the product (quota counters, generation logs).

How we use it

Your brand data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate plans and content on your behalf. It is never shared with or used to influence content for other workspaces. Generation logs are kept for debugging and regeneration, and prompt/output text is purged automatically after 30 days.

Who can see your data

Only you and Campaign Studio's administrators (for support and billing) can access your workspace's data. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your Brand Brain at any time from /brand. Contact us to request full account deletion.
